Faulty / Damaged Goods
We aim to deliver goods to you of a very high standard but if we do not achieve this and the item arrives faulty then we will deal with the problem as quickly as possible. Please check the packaging to see if it has been damaged in the post. Please return all items including the packaging to us at Activate Wear, Unit 7 Kingsford Rural business Centre, EX15 2AU by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We will then refund you the postage and send you replacement goods. If an item becomes damaged after use then please contact us and we will see if we can repair it for you.
Incorrect Size / Item
If the size is incorrect please return the goods and packaging in the condition in which they were sold and we will replace with the correct size. Send us a note stating your name, address, invoice number and contact number to Activate Wear LTD, Unit 7 Kingsford Rural Business Centre, Cullompton, Devon, EX15 2AU. Postage and packaging will have to be paid on exchanges where necessary.
There will be an admin charge of £2 deducted from each refund issued.
